Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH is responsible for the administration of events and operates as a private trade fairs company without proprietary exhibition sites. It is the main leaseholder of Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH & Co. KG. The company supervises its own events as well as all local and foreign subsidiaries that organize trade fairs. The company is also responsible for the administration of Messe Frankfurt’s world brands and the development of new exhibition themes. For the consolidation and expansion of its strategic position in the Asian region, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd. was established at the end of 2003 as an administration holding. Its mission is the consolidation and control of the trade fairs of all Asian subsidiaries.
